*HOA members will elect new board members. If you are interested in serving, please contact any Board member, or email us at nwhoa.com. Teresa Walters is heading the Nominating Committee and may be reached at (919) 358-6990. Please join us Sunday afternoon for a chance to visit with your neighbors! Dessert will be served.

The Board of Directors strongly urges all Northwoods Homeowners to attend and participate in the affairs of our community. However, if you cannot attend, it is important to complete the proxy in the attachement and return it to any Board member (see our website for info) or send it with an attendee. You may designate any HOA member in your proxy. Each lot, or address, in Northwoods may cast one vote.
