Note: The HOA Board has unanimously voted to maintain a consistent look of mailboxes and posts in our subdivision.
Mailbox Posts in our subdivision were locally made by Post and Pickets, and are not available in other stores. The post style is called "The Henley", and must be purchased directly from Post and Pickets.
Mailbox Numbers should be 3” white numbers with Clarendon font. The HOA provided numbers to all homeowners in October 2024. Replacements can be purchased from the vendor the HOA used, Studios of the Wild, or Post and Pickets.
The box is a standard black metal post-mounted box. The box is available from Post and Pickets, or most home improvement stores such as Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Wood post only - $289.00 + tax
Box only - $70.00 + tax
Numbers only - $20.00 + tax
Instillation only - $185.00 + tax
Full mailbox system, no instillation - $319.00 + tax
Full mailbox system, including instillation - $504.00 + tax
