Note: The HOA board has unanimously decided to maintain consistent look and feel of mailboxes and posts in our subdivision. The mailbox posts in our subdivision were locally made by Post & Pickets Ltd in Raleigh, not available in other stores. The post style is called "The Henley". As your information, here is the most recent inquiry (June 2018) on the pricing received from the store. This is based on information they provided us, but we don't guarantee it and homeowners should contact and check directly with the vendor on the current pricing.

Yes, we have Northwoods on file. The complete post & box (with house numbers on box) is $259.00 plus tax. If you would like for us to come out an install, add $105.00 plus tax (which includes removing and hauling away the old post and installing the new in concrete).

So the total price, with tax, would be:

$277.78 (picked up)

$390.39 (installed)

We normally build our wood post on Monday evenings, so anything ordered by 12 or 1 PM on Mondays can be ready that week. Anything ordered after Monday would not be built until the following week.
